Air Canada & Dreams Take Flight

THE MISSION: Since the 90’s, Dreams Take Flight has been dedicated to taking deserving children with special needs to Disneyland. For a very long and exciting day, deserving children live an adventure in a world-renowned theme park in California or Florida. All expenses paid—thanks to sponsors and volunteers. They approached Crow to develop a national video, assist with content creation and social media management/training, and work alongside our event planner to deliver a creative event during a challenging time through the pandemic.

THE RESULTS: The video was a hit across the board. From raising additional money, to sharing this video with partners and sponsors, to sharing it with internal staff on both a charity and national Air Canada level, this video was a home run. The story was told strategically and the filming/editing was extremely professional. This video was even shared on Air Canada aircraft!

Harnessing the power of geographically targeted social media campaigns, we were able to grow the Dreams Take Flight accounts by over 300%. We also utilized Linktree to connect their engaged audience to a variety of links with a simple click, which drove both understanding of the charity as well as donations and additional actions like ticket sales.

Teaming up with Sam and the team at SK Events, we were able to offset the disruption caused by COVID-19 to Dreams Take Flight’s Annual Gala (and biggest donor day of the year) by organizing a fun, family-oriented “in-home” dining experience and virtual silent auction!
