Tracks & Tires Transport

THE MISSION: Tracks and Tires Transport approached Crow for a website and brand refresh, and graphic design assistance in updating their company profile and rate sheets. Their website was built by a friend and didn’t utilize best practices, was text heavy, had no focus on user experience, was slow, and was not mobile friendly. Being mobile friendly was a huge segment of the market they were missing out on due to their primary users being out in the field or on site and heavily reliant on cell phones. Tracks was also interested in a brand evolution – Not moving too far away from their current logo, but evolving in a way where they wouldn’t lose brand recognition that had established over their 30+ years in business. Their brochures were put together quickly in Microsoft Word and had no branding or consistency.

THE RESULTS: We built Tracks and Tires Transport a simple, on-brand, easy-to-navigate website with a focus on driving leads by phone and through the contact form. We ensured that with one to two clicks, potential customers could find exactly what they were looking for and contact Tracks for a quote or additional information. Working with their quoting team, we custom built a contact form that would gather all necessary information to assemble a quote. In the past, they would have to call or email the client 1-3 times before having all necessary information. This has saved Tracks staff a ton of time and money for each quote.

We then worked alongside Tracks to evolve their brand without losing important brand recognition. We utilized similar colors, but added a new icon for use across both digital and print marketing – Including vehicle decals. We updated the font to be more consistent which was also utilized across their brochures, business cards, and website for brand recognition and consistency.

Following the website and logo, we worked with the Tracks and Tires Transport team to update their print material so every touch point was consistent, branded, and presented them like the established, reputable company that they are. We designed and delivered a company brochure, a rate sheet, and business cards – All under budget!
